Big Marsh Park, 11559 S Stony Island
Big Marsh is in Chicago, just off the eastern banks of Lake Calumet. The park is accessible from 103rd Street and Doty Road or 122nd Street and Torrence Ave.
FREE SHUTTLE BUSES! 1:00pm from either The Harris Theater (205 E Randolph St) or 95th St/Dan Ryan Red Line Station (14 W 95th)
No registration necessary. Just show up! There will be plenty on room on the FREE (wheelchair accessible) shuttle buses. Performances (times are estimated):
  • 2:00pm “We praise mother while We be FAST” by Aaliyah Christina
  • 2:45pm "The Axe Forgets, The Tree Remembers” by Ysayë Alma
  • 4:00pm “Anatomy for Interiors" by Jasmine Lupe Mendoza, Lia Kohl, and Corey Smith
This event is presented as part of the Chicago Park District’s Night Out in the Parks program.
