Virtual Celebration Ticket: $5 / 25 / 50 / 100 Sliding Scale

In-Person Celebration: $250 SOLD OUT

At 21c Museum Hotel, 55 E Ontario St, Chicago, IL 60611, Limited Capacity, SOLD OUT, 5:30-7:30pm CST, Your ticket includes reception with wine and individually-boxed refreshments. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or negative test within 72 hours will be required.

Event Host Committee $1,000 

Show your support for Chicago Dancemakers Forum by joining the event host committee. In-Person or Virtual Ticket options depending on your preference.

House Party Host $2,500

Host a watch party in your home! Includes 10+ tickets to the virtual event, VIP virtual greeting with the Executive Director during 5:30-6:00pm CST, followed by the digital performances and awards presentation 6:00-7:00pm CST.
