Shweta Dharap (she/her) considers herself a constant seeker of knowledge and is excited to understand the crossover of distinct fields and it also reflects in her choices of education. She holds a Masters  degree in Biotechnology (intersection of Biology and Technology) and Master of Science in Law (a Law program for STEM professionals to understand how different spaces of business, law and science converge), and later pursued a Diploma in Western Classical Dance where she experienced the interplay of dance with various other disciplines like science (anatomy), law, medicine and more. She has been a core member of Meher Dance Company’s professional dance troupe as well as administrative work for the past three years serving as the Special Project Dance Manager. In addition, she is a member of Meher Dance Company’s creative team, helping to choreograph and produce unique dance productions.  She has previously worked as a legal intern for a biotech startup, intern for an environmental sustainability firm and an Associate Consultant for a software firm providing sustainability solutions to manage ESG risks.
