Shaniya Reed (she/they) is currently a high school senior. She looks forward to becoming a computer science major at a university in the fall of 2023, planning to pursue a career in game development. Shaniya has volunteered at two nonprofit organizations Spread the Love and Chi-rads. These are two nonprofits built around advocacy and creating positive change in communities. While Shaniya isn’t much of a dancer, she has had a love and admiration for dance throughout her life. She is excited to see what this internship brings her and what it allows her to experience.
