2021 DIGITAL DANCE GRANTS SUPPORT

Jonathan E. Alsberry from Normal, IL has a passion for inspiring excellence through joy and movement. He is currently the Artistic Liaison for Hubbard Street Dance Chicago. After fifteen years based in New York City he is so happy to be back home in Chicago creating poignant art with some of the most talented artists in the world. Jonathan, also known as Jojo, has been creating digital work since 2006 with his online dance company KDT and more recently creating and directing virtual events for organizations around the city Here are a few ongoing collaborators: Aszure Barton & Artists, Lar Lubovitch, The Juilliard School, University of CA Irvine, The Chicago Academy for the Arts.
